- Deleting your account deletes everything you share with your partner, for both of you. It can't be undone.
- It doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel that in Google Play.
- Only need some space? Unpairing keeps everything safe for 30 days.
Delete in the app
- Open Toffee & Bao and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab (your character's face, bottom right).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap delete account.
- Read the message, then tap delete to confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away, and you're signed out.
Delete by email
Can't open the app any more? Email us from the Google account you signed in with, and we'll delete your account and data within 30 days. We'll reply to confirm when it's done.

What gets deleted

Photos are removed from storage too. If a photo can't be removed straight away, our daily clean-up deletes it within 24 hours.
Your subscription
Deleting your account doesn't stop a Plus subscription. To stop being charged, open Google Play, tap your profile picture, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, pick Toffee & Bao and cancel.
Just want a break?
You can unpair instead, from Profile in the app. You'll both go back to the invite screen. If you pair with each other again within 30 days, everything comes back. After 30 days your shared space is deleted for good, and your accounts stay so you can start fresh.
